I believe Texas should be in the top five(maybe even #1) on the Losers list. Losing arguably their three best returning players in Daniel Gibson, LaMarcus Aldridge, and P.J. Tucker. But if it wasn't for their steller recruiting class that includes the #1 power foward in Kevin Durant, the 17th best player in the class in Damion James and the #6 rated point guard in D.J. Augustin. They also added two top fifty player in Harrison Smith and Justin Mason. So just imagine how good this team really could be if Gibson, Aldridge, and Tucker would have returned.
