Time to do the Blazer Deal!

    The Blazers just acquired the 7th pick in the draft for Telfair. This gives them #4 and #7 in the draft. A couple of weeks ago Darius Miles was rumored to be heading to the Lakers for Mihm, along with the teams swapping draft picks.

    Getting #4 was too much to ask for, but how about #7?

    The Blazers could take Roy or Morrison and get Mihm to start at Center. Plus unload Miles ugly contract and bad attitude.

    Lakers could get one of the following players at #7 along with Miles to add roster flexibility...

    LeMarcus Aldridge
    Andrea Bargnani
    Rudy Gay
    Adam Morrison
    Brandon Roy
    Tyrus Thomas

    I would definitely make the trade to help our squad get a little deeper. We already showed that we dont really need milm in the playoffs and we could use someone from the top 10 in the draft. Although I dont like the idea of bringing in Darius Miles.

    Looks like we can't do this trade afterall

    There is no reason in all hell to trade Darius Miles. He has no work ethic, has openly admitted basketeball is "just a job" and obviously doesn't care about winning or helping his team out. He is also owed about 40 million.
