JVG got fired? I had been told by multiple sources that JVG was the oen behind this trade. CD didnt even want to do it?..... So if JVG got fired then can we stop the trade? Just a thought....

Which seperates him from coaches like Phil</div> I disagree, Jeff Van Gundy realizes the philosophy that offense is picked up by anyone, but defense is taught. Defense can be taught to anyone, but for those who are extra athletic require more coordination and precision on defense, but they are also the better defenders when they are at their best. They require more time and effort and with the teams losing, that time could not be given to Swift. JVG is a good coach, but he doesn't balance out his priority sheet.
