Randy Foye is capable of playing the point guard. He is a Billups type point guard. He is built like a linebacker and will get his points, but he will not forget to get his teammates involved. Foye did not get many opportunities to show his point guard skills in Villanova due to the four guard offense they ran, but he is more than capable of being a great point guard in the league. He is an excellent ball handler, and floor leader. At the end of the day he is a combo guard, but he is a great option at point guard. He will shine next to KG, and give you guys a future superstar. I’m saying it right now Foye will be the rookie of the year. Why would you rather Gay over him? Gay isn’t a point guard, nor could he even play the position. Although, Foye is not a pure point he is a much better option than Gay.

i just wanted gay with hassell at the wings so that ricky can come off the bench. now i am really starting to like this pick. Nova was my favorite college team last year, so i watched any game i could. i was just a little unsure whether or not foye could actually play the point. but kg makes it easy on any point guard (only jaric couldnt do it, lol) to do well. i am starting to get pumped for the season.

Foye was a great pick for the TWolves. He's not your traditional PG, but he should be effective playing alongside KG. Keeping Roy would have made sense as well, I just picture him being a better fit for Casey's offense.

I think he and KG would be a great duo if KG ends up staying because Foye is one hell of a talent. It could turn out sort of like Timmy and Manu.
