An article on Hoopshype states that Nets management could not descide what to do with him, and called a vote where, most noteably, Kidd voted to bring him back. Edit, I misread your question the first time shapecity...Its not really a two year deal that they gave him. Its a one year deal with a second year team option. If the guy does not wash himself up, then they'll excersize the option, rather than risk having to play extra....Just my way of looking at things.
I know Robinson, even at his age, could still help out a lot of NBA clubs. My Rockets are one of them
Nextlevelgame, I think you and I would both agree dude isupset he got cuaght, but it is what is, it happened and now he should smarten up...In my opinion, Cliff (if you are talking about both ends of the floor offense and defense) is the most complete big on our current roster, so Iam definately not against him returning, hopefully he isnt playing close to 25 minutes per again, because that would mean that once again we would have a limited rotation of bigs. But spot duty from Robinson at this point is a plus. His 7ppg was huge from our weak bench last season.
