<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">LAS VEGAS -- Raptors guard Mike James continues to wear his heart on his sleeve, commenting on a variety of controversial topics yesterday, including some "hurtful" words from soon-to-be ex-teammate Chris Bosh. In a radio interview this past off-season, Bosh made what appeared to be a veiled shot at James when asked what the Raptors need in a point guard. Bosh replied that the team needed a "pass-first" guard. The knock against James last season was that he looked for a shot before a pass -- a reputation he rails against. James averaged 20.3 points per game, along with 5.8 assists. "Yeah, that hurt my feelings," James said last night, in a phone interview with the Toronto Sun. "I guess I feel different about Chris than what he thinks of me." James said he still thinks the world of Bosh, adding that he is disappointed with his teammate's choice of words. "He's still my boy," James said. "I don't hold grudges against nobody. I'm too old for grudges. My wife (Angela) is pregnant with our third child. I've got other things to worry about." </div> Source
Said he's just looking for a multi-year deal. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">"I'm just tired of being treated like a cheap prostitute," James said when asked what kind of money he was looking for. "It's not about money. I just want a home."</div>
If he just wanted a home, why did he say he wanted a shorter deal to prove his value then sign a big long deal. That makes no sense. It's hard to believe anything the Mike James show spits out because he's always babbbling on about something everyday.
It's because he's getting a little old and wants to win a championship before he can retire...also, a bigger paycheck...because BIGGUH IS BETTUH
He SHOULD come to Houston. He has as much chance, if not greater, to win a title in Houston than Dallas or Atlanta. Houston is in a "win now" type of mentality, which is perfect for Mike. Dallas is probably 4-5 years away from winning a ring because they need a second superstar alongside Nowitzki, preferably a legit interior scorer who can get some easy inside baskets.

And how does Houston have a better chance at winning than Dallas. Just cause they have a "win now" mentality doesn't mean they have a good chance.
^^I think he is right though because when Dirk struggled Terry showed he could not take on that load late in the series. I would go to Detroit if I were him and back up Chauncey Billups.
thats crazy talk No way Houston is in a better situation than Dallas...no way Dallas could win the title next year, with Shaq and Duncan a little bit older, no BC and an older Nash in Pheonix. And a Detroit squad without Ben Wallace.
