<div class="quote_poster">Quoting nextlevelgame:</div><div class="quote_post">I don't like Buckner.</div> The defensive stopper proclaim is what has made him overatted everytime I seen him play last year in Denver, he got torched, its just the fact that Denver had no perimeter defenders what so ever before they got Ruben Patterson, so he use to match up against the West elite perimter scorers but far from a stopper. It was the same reason why they called him a stopper in Philly, because Philly had no perimeter defenders at the time to matchup with the Kobe's etc so they would use Buckner, so somehow he got the rep of being a stopper simply by matching up without even stopping or slowing anyone down. I much rather have Bulter than him. Anyway, I wonder if its a bad sign that the article didnt mention any bigs that caught the front office's eye? hopefully it is just a case where Rod and Ed dont want to put it out there just in case it doesnt workout like last year with Reef than Traylor and who ever else we went after last year and failed to aquire and had to settle for pure trash.
