Therefor if Stromile doesnt go to memphis, the trade is void and WILL NOT go through. They are trying to work things out right now...i believe trying to get a third team involved (Toronto - Mike James maybe).

From what I've heard, this will not prevent the trade from going through. There has been previous instances where a player did not report, but the trade still went through. For example, when Jim Jackson was traded to the Hornets, and Alonzo Mourning to the Raptors. Both players protested their trades by not reporting to their new team, but that did not prevent the trade from going through.
Its final, remember when we traded Jackson to New Orleans? The trade will not be voided, Stromile will get a suspension.

Wouldn't that suck if this didn't go down? Imagine how awkward you would feel if you worked in the Rockets front office. It's HOOPSWORLD. Anyone knows that that site has NO credibility at all--zip, zero, nada. Swift either reports or gets suspended without pay, it's up to him. However, just because he's mad doesnt mean the trade dies.

I don't see how the Rockets would get another player out of this trade unless it was part of the original agreement. If Stro doesn't want to go back to the Grizzlies Jerry West can just trade him and get something back for themselves. The Grizzlies do not need to involved the Rockets. And yes, I do believe CD is stupid enough to trade 2 for 1. This is the person that traded 3 first round draft picks for the drunk masturbator (Eddie Griffin).
