Who will be the most improved team next year? I think it would have to be between Bulls, Hornets, or TrailBlazers.

The Bulls will be the most improved team in the league next season. They went from just making the playoffs, and being a hard working team that would be in every game simply because of their desire to win. To a team who is considered one of the top contenders in the eastern conference by adding the four time defensive player of the year in Ben Wallace. Not only that, but thanks to Isiah Thomas they added Tyrus Thomas to the team. Thomas is considered by many the best prospect from this years draft class. With Thomas’ already tremendous shot blocking ability, having him learning under Ben Wallace for the next couple season, it’s going to be scary to see what he will be doing in a few years.

We also Thabo Sefolosha a great defending swing man, who has some good hops as well to the lineup. Sefolosha was considered the best perimeter defender in the draft by many general managers. Paxson has done a great job getting this team back to contender status. I can’t remember being this excited for the start of the season in a long time.

In the Western Conference the most improved team will be the New Orleans Hornets. They have added two great young big men in Simmons and Armstrong to go with their already impressive lineup. They also got Peja who should shine if healthy playing next to the tremendous Chris Paul. David West is only going to get better, and they also added Bobby Jackson.

This is as of this point of course. Free agents have not even officially begun to sign yet so there is plenty of time left...

T-Wolves? I like ur positive outlook, but it's definitely the Bulls. The Hornets won't improve that much, they were pretty good last year, but they are definitely a better team. The Magic should improve and make the playoffs, 2nd most improved team.

What changes have the Wolves made, other than swapping Banks for Foye?

We couldve been a lot better last year, but our chemistry was all messed up. RD will be playing with kg well, and hopefully we add a solid free agent. and foye is reminding me of marbury when he was with us. i see him and kg molding perfectly.

    1 foye
    2 hassell
    3 ricky
    4 kg
5 hopefully someone else with blount backing him up.

that team has the potential to be very good with wright, jaric, and mccants later coming off the bench.

I agree with most, I think the Bulls are going to be most improved. But don't sleep on the Magic, do you all remember how great they were towards the end of the season? The Magic have a nice young core that is continuing to get better; players like Dwight Howard, Jameer Nelson, Darko Milicic, and newly-acquired JJ Redick, just naming a few. They are going to make the playoffs as at least an 8th seed.

The Hornets are definitely going to improve as well.

If the off-season stopped right now it would have to be the Bulls. Anytime you can add two top 20 picks and the most prized free agent to your roster it's hard not to be improved. The Hornets are a close second though, followed by the Jazz...

Right now, the Bulls are my darkhorse pick for Eastern Conference champs. I still think they need some offense from the post. And, obviously, they still need to get rid of Chandler. But this team is rising and, with possible cap space in the future, I don't see them fading anytime soon.

The Bulls of course with all the nice moves they've made this off-season. I also think the Magic, Jazz, and Hornets will improve a lot.

Im surprised no one has said houston. If Mcgrady has anything more than another lost season and Yao Ming is as good as he was in the second half last year than thats easily a good ten wins more than they had last year.

Bulls should be SCARY this year.

Minnesota -- meh. it just doesnt seem like theyre destined to win with Garnett. they need to trade him to boston  anyone with Mark Blount as your starting center you can prety much gaurentee wont win a championship.

Well I sit here for about 30 minutes typing when all a sudden I highlighted all of it by accident and deleted it all. I'm pissed as hell right now. Here we go again, simplified......

<font color=""Red"">Bulls</font> are going to be ok, but not that much improved. Sure they got Big Ben, but he's not that great, only when he was in that system with a guy to back him up like Sheed. P.J. Brown isn't going to do that, this is considering they do that rumored trade. They'll get J.R. Smith, nice back up for Ben Gordon, but too egotistic and still raw, remember he only played 1 year and was benched most of this year. They did horrible in the draft, sure they got Khyrapa, but Tyrus Thomas is a Stromile Swift type project, high reward but risky. I think LaMarcus Aldridge would have been better pick because they still don't have that post presence that will score for them. So I think they'll win 5 more games tops.

I don't even need to say anything about the Timberwolves, Foye won't be the same player as he was in college. He out muscled everyone in college, he won't do that in the NBA. Role player at best if he ever pans out.

The only way the <font color=""DeepSkyBlue"">Hornets</font> get better is if they have some good seasons out of Peja. Peja is on the decline of his career, he hasn't done anything good for a long time. He's inconsistent and forces up too many shots. If they lose P.J. Brown, they loose their leader and their only good big man. Tyson Chandler does absolutely nothing for this team, they get a shot blocker/rebounder, and loose J.R. Smith one of the top young SG in the NBA IMO. Bobby Jackson is worthless here too, he's an undersized SG that wants to be a starting PG, he'll mess with Paul and mess up this franchise. Only improvement they'll have is maybe get the #8 playoffs spot.

Portland is flat out too young, they lost Telfair and Ratliff, 2 of the more experienced guys. Randolph isn't a team leader, they need to trade him. I can see them doing good in like 3-4 years.

After some tough criticism, here's my list.......

    1. <font color=""Blue"">Orlando Magic</font>: They have a potential superstar with Dwight Howard. When his career is all said and done, he could be one of the top big men of all time when it's all said and done. Jameer Nelson can run this team really good, Milicic will improve this year, and Hedo is the man, just ask Gators [IMG]

    2. <font color=""DarkOrange"">Charlotte Bobcats</font>: Adam Morrison is all you need to say. Sure he's white, but Big Vanilla Earthquake can flat out ball. He's the last piece they needed, they have Emeka, Primo, Gerald, and Raymond, now add the scorer, Spokane's Most Wanted. That place is going to be rockin', and young teams feed off of the crowd good. I really believe they can make the playoffs, as long as they can stay healthy. Emeka and Raymond Felton were both hurt last year, now they will be healthy. Just watch them, I bet I'll be right when it's all said and done.

    3. <font color=""Red"">Houston Rockets</font>: They get McGrady back, they get Yao back, Luther head has 1 year under his belt, and they get a top notch defender in Battier. Watch out, blast off!

I think that the three teams that are going to go from not to hot will be (in order):

    1. Bulls
    2. Magic
    3. Hornets

Watch for all of them to go further then they did last year, that's for sure.
