Dam, I didn't know Powell was going to play in summer league again. 3 Illini back on the same team. Powell, Brown, Williams.
If Jarron Collins comes back and the two second round picks are signed, Utah should have 13 on their roster. Given Utah's lack of ability to sign FA's, there could be room for someone from the Summer League team (that's not already signed) to make the roster. Andre Owens was invited to Summer League last year, and ended up making the Jazz.

Utah promised him they'll bring him back if he got down to 260-265 weight limit, because he was up to 300 pounds after being hurt with the surgery and back problems. He's gotten to that 260 area and he's out to prove them wrong. I think Utah will take Whaley, and then they usually go into the season with 14 I hear from Jazz fans because they like to get 10 day contract guys when they get injuries. Another possibility for 15 spot are Nelson or Violette, both almost made team last year
