I would take Mike Tice off the list because he seems to be getting things together</div>
I wouldn't take because the season not over. If there is another incident on or off the field or if the Vikings don't make the playoffs he's gone.

The Cardinals are trying to get rid of Dennis Green and can lure Pete Carroll.

p.s. Saban isn't going anywhere. LOL.

I think Pete Carroll may take the Texans job and then draft Lineart and trade Carr....

I think Mike Tice's job is secure now that the vikings have a slim chance at the playoffs and have a good shot at 9-7 but they have Rams, Steelers, Ravens, and Chicago.

Dom Capers is gonna be gone, Dennis Green will probly have one more year because Kurt Warner is coming back as a good QB. Sherman is defintly gone cuz GB will have 2 play Lions, Bears, Ravens and Seahawks. They will be lucky to win two of those. Which will leave them at 4-12

Yeah Sherman is probably gone from all the reports I'm hearing around here. GB is highly intrested in Mooch and they like Childress and Billick if he is let go.

Why would he go? Many reasons, but lets start with the challenge....hes a competitive guy and he failed in the NFL....all the NCAA Titles in the world will not erase the memory of his NFL failings....Second, cause hes gonna lose a lot of talent and he has a chance to stay with one of them at the next level....Really good coaches generally know when to leave and take the next challenge, with all that talent leaving USC, this would be an ideal time to take another shot at the pros....and if it doesnt work out, college teams will be lining up to bring him in....

The only problem with Carroll going to the nfl is that GMs of the nfl are gonna not want him to come into the nfl because he said that if he did come into the nfl that he would want full control and that means that the GM of the team that brings carroll in will be out of a job. So if a GM could decide between two coaches, then he would pick the one with the coach that wants a GM.

So i'll put your opinions together on whats happening to Carroll:

    Pete's Master Plan:

    1. Fill in one of the many Head coaching vacancies next year with full control
    2. Draft all USC players
    3. Win
    3. (alt.) If he dosen't win, get another job at college

See, all of your posts simplified [IMG]

#1 u have to be a complete idiot if u think he's losing more talent than gaining. They had the #1 recruiting class the past 2 years. that defense is young and going to be very talented next year. Booty the backup qb is better than leinhart according to norm chow...dont forget booty bypassed his senior year to play at usc a couple years back. They have great depth at running back and all there WR's are coming back. They have perhaps the best 2-4 backup qb's in the nation. USC is gonna be fine next year and a bit more expirienced in the non skill positions too

It is a cycle, no team can stop on top indefinately. He may not go, but he is sure to take a hit on talent on the field, losing leinart, bush, etc, etc.

BTW, there is a code of conduct, do not call people complete idiots
