man... that's the biggest question of them all... heh, I say True as long as Bynum lives up to his potential and as long as Odom plays consistent ball, not 10 points one night, 23 the next... it may take a while, but i think he'll get one in a few years.

T/F Odom will become an All-Star down the line

Im going on a whim and say true. If Odom can play with the same intensity and fire he did the last couple months of the season, I see no reason why he cant push for an all star spot.

    t/f

Kobe Bryant will become a TRUE floor general this season

I say true, the other rookies are big men or scorers.

T/F Mitch Kupchak will be fired if the Lakers don't make it past 1st round of 2007 playoffs.

I hope its TRUE. I think we need some new blood in the GM spot.

    t/f

Bynum, Mihm, and Brown will see playin time all at once on the floor. Maybe Mihm at SF, Brown at PF, and Bynum at Center? That would be interesting![IMG]

    False. Very false.

    t/f

The Lakers make a blockbuster trade before the deadline

    Could be either.

If Odom isn't producing consistently by the deadline, I think he's out of here. Bynum and Mihm could also be gone. I doubt Bynum, though. Mihm and Odom are gone by the deadline, is my guess.

T/F: Vladimir Radmanovic will be an unexpected producer for us.

False. I don't think it will be unexpected if he produces, in fact I'll be angry if he doesn't... I expect about 15 from him every night, otherwise, we wasted our MLE by not going after defense.

T/F: The Lakers will sign Penny Hardaway to the Vet's Min.

False. I doubt Phil Jackson wants to teach the triangle to someone who might even have any productive minutes next season.

T/F: Next season, will Lakers play like they did in the post season or a slight improvement of 2006 regular season?

True, I think that Kobe's smart enough to realize that his team is deadlier when he sets up his teammates, and I finally think that LO is getting his game down. Don't gimme crap about Game 7, EVERYONE has a bad game here and then. If LO has 10 20+ games and then 1 bad game, that's fine with me.

T/F: In the future, Kwame Brown will end up being much better than expected. (In other words, a true 1st overall pick)

False. I don't think he's ever going to be more than a 13/8 type of guy (which is good enough for me), but if surprises me, I won't be bothered by it.

True or False: PJax wins COY.

False. It's like the Kobe thing to an extent. Unless they win close to 60 games, it just wont happen.

T/F -Kobe's knee surgery will greatly affect his game and the Lakers season.

false. Kobe's probably the best conditioned player in the league, allow ing him to heal faster and it on't really affect his game(atleast not in the regular season).

    T/F

Kobe Bryant averages near 7 assists per game.

True. With Radman, it will open the floor up and give kobe room to get double teamed and dish the ball. I think his average will be closer to 6 though..

    t/f

The Lakers are capable of winning 60 games with their current lineup.

I'm gonna say False, as much as I love the Lakers, I don't see this team winning 60, I'm giving them at least 50, probably 55 max.

T/F: Shammond Williams makes a big contribution for us next season.

False. The guy is going to be our 3rd string point guard. I don't see him getting more than 3-5 minutes per game.

True or False, Kobe will average more points than he did last season

False, lord I hope not, I want his points to go down, it'll mean his teammates are contributing more and he's being a floor general.

T/F: Radman will average a career high in points with the looks Kobe and Lamar will give him.

You better believe that Shammond will be getting a hell of a lot more minutes than that per game. He's going to be our second string PG. Phil doesn't like playing rookies, Jordan Farmar. Shammond also has some experience with the triangle, overseas. Shammond will probably see a good amount of minutes, and honestly, I expect his production to be the same as Smush Parkers.

Second string? I was looking at our point guard situation like this:

    Smush
    Sasha
    Farmar and Shammond (splitting minutes)
