ranks Talk about BS. Bears win 8th straight vs division rival. Espn rewards them by dropping them 2 spots in rankings. Instead giving thier spot to a team tehy completely dominated, and has no chance to beat them, the panthers.
I actually think the Panthers will beat the Bears if they play them in Carolina. Green Bay beat Minny twice last year and when it came too playoff time the Vikes won. There is always a chance...

Based off of Orton's performance, they should be dropped. They won in a fairly unimpressive fashion on Sunday, and Orton was downright horrible.

But I think you need to look at the play of your opponent as well this past week. Green Bay, my my estimation, should have won yesterday's game. The problem was simple: they could not do the simple things that a football team is supposed to do. I really don't mean this as a slight to the Bears. For what its worth, barring some major injuries to your defense, I see the Bears beating the Vikings at the end of the season. I still think they are a good team, but the QB play will catch up with them when they play a halfway decent team. The bad QB play points out a definite problem with your team. A team can win with a good game manager, but Orton is starting to show some shortcomings as a game manager as well...
The Bears will be able to beat the Packers, Lions, and 49ers of the world with no passing game but when it comes time to play Seattle, New York, or Carolina even again on the road, will Orton get it done. The way he's playing I doubt it. I keep hearing some Grossman chants. Is Rex Grossman really good enough to put the Bears over the hump and into the NFL Elite. So far I would say no.. Chicago is making huge strides into becoming a Champion but you don't become a champ over night let alone one season in my opinion.

What about the Rams? Let me guess, you will add a disclaimer.

I guess I should just change my views too make you happy... Your way or the highway isn't it. Rams and Patriots actually had an offense to go along with a defense but hey who cares everyone should root for the Bears.
I will say this notion that only your QB can carry you to a title is ludicrous. There is no complete team in the NFL any more except maybe the Colts. General rule is defense wins championships. Ravens won a SB with Trent Dilfer. It can be done, but this is the Colts year so fogetaboutit!

There is the disclaimer i was looking for
