<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The Chicago Bulls are interested in bringing back Adrian Griffin, who played for the Mavericks in 2005-2006.

The Bulls will also continute to watch the Drew Gooden situation. Gooden appears headed for a sign-and-trade scenario and the Cavs probably would want to avoid any big contracts in returnm so a package of Chris Duhon and Michael Sweetney might have work.

?It?s a possibility we?re interested in,? Calvin Andrews, Gooden?s agent, said of the Bulls. ?We haven?t talked too much about that happening. It?s up to the Cavs. If something would come up with the Bulls, it would interest us, definitely.?</div>

Looks like Gooden wants 10 million a year. That'll be pretty pricey front line with Wallace and Gooden, who don't produce much offense.

Gooden isn't a bad offensive player? Last season he averaged 11 and 8 with 27 minutes per game. And before that season he averaged 14.4 and 9 with about 31 mpg. He'll get more chances if he joins the Bulls, because on the Cavs LeBron usually has the ball. Gooden also has a pretty good jumper.

But, I wouldn't want him for that much. I don't think it'll happen because we can't give out any big contracts because we still have to sign back our young guys in the future.

Anything over six million a year for Gooden, I cannot see the Bulls being interested. There is a reason we traded Tyson Chandler, acquiring Gooden for 10 million a year would defeat the purpose of trading Chandler. As far as Griffin goes I have wanted him back since last season when we where rumored to be on the verge of signing him. We made a huge mistake in not resigning him last season. I hope he comes back he is a great leader, and can produce when on the court.

I think this would be a mistake for Chicago, not that I dont think Gooden wouldnt be a good fit, but Duhon to the Cavaliers would vastly improve them in my opinion, I can just see Duhon exploding if he went to Cleveland.

More veteran leadership and defense of the bench I guess.

what is the record for ppg defense? We could be close to it with our D.

May only need to score 60 points a game to win.

Adrian Griffin has actually showed the ability to score when given playing time. Last year when first acquired by the Mavericks Griffin saw much playing time due to injuries, and posted up double figures on several occasions. He is also a good rebounder and veteran leader. Essentially, he would be taking Basden’s roster spot so it’s an upgrade.

I cannot see any team signing Gooden for $10M per. He's been given a lot of opportunities, but has failed to last a season as a team's starting PF. I think he's worth the MLE at best.

Most teams with cap room have already used it up, so the money available is drying up quick. All Gooden can hope for now is a sign and trade deal, but Cleveland doesn't want to take back expensive contracts, so he's in a real bind.

Adrian Griffin is a player any team could use. He's decent enough on offense and is effective on defense. He'll add depth and playoff experience to this team and won't cost much.

Hinrich/Gordon (Starts at SG, but he'll probably bring up the ball sometimes during games)/ Sefolosha ... And if we sign Aaron Miles.
