Fact. During the 2nd half of the season, he piled up a couple of games with good assist numbers. He averaged almost 12 ppg last season and I think he can do it again and have better assist numbers after playing a season with the team. It may not exactly be 8 apg but close to that with 6.5-7. F/F: After being swept by the Pistons the past two seasons, can the Rockets beat them in the regular season this year?

Fact, If everyone else stays healthy and the way Battier and Sura enhances team chemistry with their leadership and toughness, there's no doubt that the Rockets can't have a chance for the NBA championship within the next 3 years. Will Novak be ready to contribute right away and sooner than expected?

He is a pure shooter, and he would hit the NBA 3pter occasionally as well. As long as he can shoot the 3 over 36% he will be READY to contribute...doesn't mean he wil lget much pt under JVG. F/F: Luther Head will play like he did the first half of the season, or even better...before he hit that rookie wall.

True. You can't really say he won't help much, considering perimeter defense and shooting was pretty much what we needed last year. Battier solves both problems and still gives you a bit of everything else. F/F: Steve Novak will be a All-Rookie teamer.
Fiction: Novak probably would be an All-Rookie teamer (possibly 3rd) on any other team where he would get open shots. JVG doesn't play rookies so I am going to say no. F/F: Yao Ming will continue playing the way he was after the All-Star break at the beginning of this season. Greatness.
True.. Yao has shown everyone he is capable of doing that..and he will T/F Alston will be the Nash on this team..meaning assists wise..
Fiction houston does not play the run and gun game that phoenix does allowing for that many asssists but he could still average 8-9 assists per game Fact of Fiction Houston rockets will acquire a pf capable of guarding playoff power forwards.
