Besides resigning Zo, I say adding another guard to the backcourt is whats need. Not really shooter, but someone who can guard and score a bit. I like DerMarr Johnson, he'll be a better fit for this team than Anderson. He's somewhat like a mini Posey, though not as good defensively, but more athletic. I also like the prospect of getting Qyntel Woods back. Riley saw something in him a couple seasons ago, and we saw what he's capable of last year in NY. Wouldn't be a bad addition

Dorrell Wright is expected to play next season, and I expect him to have an impact. 10 PPG and a few dimes a game, while shooting at around 45% isn't out of the question, especially if Gary Payton doesn't come back.

Speaking of Payton, despite bumping heads with teammates, he played farely well in his role last season, playing well in Williams' absences despite shooting a low percentage. Having him back for one more season would be nice, and it seems likely.

Wright can play a little point as a 3rd PG, but I'd like to see more of a actual PG out there, just incase we have to rely on Payton next season with Williams being out due to injury. Wade isn't always healthy and is better at his role as the SG and playmaker. Pargo anyone? He's a very good ball handler and can shoot, not the greatest play maker, but he's clutch and can knock down shots. Would be a nice 3rd PG

    PG: Jason Williams/Gary Payton/Jannerro Pargo
    SG: Dwyane Wade/Derek Anderson/Dorrell Wright/
SF: James Posey/DerMarr Johnson or Woods/Antoine Walker
    PF: Udonis Haslem/Antoine Walker/Earl Barron
    -C: Shaquille O'Neal/Alonzo Mourning/Earl Barron

I say Eddie House should be out signing with the MLE. I think Wright will be a good addition at the 2 guard over Derek.

Besides resigning Zo, I think whats necessary is, as you mentioned is another guard that is athletic ,DerMarr Johnson sounds nice, but definitely not Qyntel Woods. Woods has issues; to be honest I haven't seen him play much but I did see him miss a 360 dunk on a wide open fastbreak last season...we don't need that, and plus......he used to abuse his pets..[IMG] It would be great if we can get a young quick guard that can come in and contribute (The way Alston did for us couple years ago). I like Pargo, I think he would be a good addition as well, but I would rather get Eddie House, he was great with us a few years back, and I would love to see him back here, he has a nice catch and shoot game, and brings alot of energy. Also Dorrell Wright I think will finally get his chance to play next year and I think him averaging around 10 points is accurate. Hopefully we see more of Earl Barron next season, hes been tearing it up in the summer league, and seems to be improving. Barrons solid at center, and also at PF I really like Wayne Simien, last season he was consistent with his scoring and rebounding when he played. Overall, with the number of vets this team has, having some fresh legs that can bring energy other then DA would be really nice. Heres how I hope the lineup will consist of:

PG: Jason Williams/ Eddie House or Pargo/ Gary Payton ( With Payton still getting good minutes in)
SG: Dwyane Wade/ Derek Anderson /Dorrell Wright
SF: James Posey/ Antoine Walker/Jason Kapono or Shandon A. for some D
PF: Udonis Haslem/Antoine Walker/ Wayne Simien (With Simien playing more then he did last year)
    -C: Shaquille O'Neal/Alonzo Mourning/Earl Barron/ Michael Doleac

I hope, I really think we have a good chance. We have a great group of guys and if Pat Riley can stay as head coach then we will have an even better chance at winning it again.
