I am sorry that I have to do this in caps, but.... THAT'S REALLY NICE! Actually, that makes me wonder if tickets are going to cost $2 more....on the other hand, maybe Ratner is saving money with this program considering 1) The advertising this creates, and 2) The fact that less money is spent on parking staff.

i read in papers that Ratner will loose about 450,000 a year by doing this. What a nice guy! Some people in brooklyn will never make 450,000 in the next 20 years!
