It was a great move by the Nets to finally take Williams. He will learn a ton from Jason Kidd. I don't know how much time Rondo will get with Bassy and Delonte there.
Not really. Sure he's a pure PG, but he doesn't have the speed/quickness Kidd has, nor the defensive capabilities. And he can't rebound as well.
I wasn't really impressed by Rondo. He's a good defensive point gaurd, but as far as offense and running an offense goes, he's below average. He's kinda like Jacque Vaughn, in my opinion. Maybe a bit better, but Vaughn was great for Kansas. As for Marcus Williams, he has vision, but needs to push up the IQ a bit more and work on his tim in the clutch. He won't get many opportunities to be the man in the clutch this year, but watching how Jason handles every night will be a big PLUS, as we know Jason is the best point gaurd in the clutch. Take that, Nash.
