On the NBA Finals, for the doubters: <div class="quote_poster">Quoting General Opinion of World:</div><div class="quote_post">The bias was documented on 82games.com, youtube, etc. Based upon that game alone and Stack being suspended but the Mavs still winning, there should have been a game seven.</div> If you watched the Finals, and most of you did, did you fail to realize Dirk missed critical game winning FTs twice and either Marquis Daniel or Josh Howard did the same? Or did you fail to realize all the critical turnovers the Mavs had in the last minutes of the 4th quarter? So lemme break this down: The refs were all for the heat even though the Mavs were in position to hit game winning FTs 3 times. And the Refs wanted the Heat to win? So no one would've cried for Miami had it been Dirk/Josh/Daniels hitting game winning FTs, but the whole world is against the Heat cuz they actually performed better, especially in the clutch. Seriously, the hate towards Miami is a little ridiculous, especially when the Mavs had the same opportunity to win a championship the same way you claimed the Heat did. Side note: no one even realized that the worst FT shooting team in the world actually made critical FTs where as one of the best in the world choked. In game 3, even the struggling Shaq knocked down the biggest FTs in Miami's history.
And interestingly enough, who's to say maybe it shouldn't have been Dallas in the Finals. Mavs vs Spurs gm 3: http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/recap?gameId=260513006 Nowitzki scored 21 of his 37 points from the foul line, <font color=""Red"">including a go-ahead pair with 7.9 seconds</font> left, and had 15 rebounds. Final score, 104-103 Mavs win How come the Spurs-Mavs series didn't recieve this much attention?

Would ppl be praising his playoff performance like they did? This is a very good thread
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting durvasa:</div><div class="quote_post">Why are you bringing all this up now?</div> I'm wondering the same thing. It seems as though you're just trying to start an arugment or somthing. Your team won in the end, so I cant see how any of this is relevent.
