I rather like the idea this guy came up with for mock kits for the Boston Celtic in 06-07. Pretty sharp and it doesn't stray far away from the classic design. I thought you Celtics fans would like to check this one out. http://www.nbalive.org/portal/preview/763
Boston should use those black one as their new alternate strip, because the alternate green one looks stupid.
Those are some really nice jerseys. Boston jerseys are okay now, but if they switched to that they would be so much better. I really like the black ones.
Do what? Change the kits for PC sports games? You need to be good at Photoshop and create templates. This isn't my work I only do this type of stuff for Soccer games.
I wish there was a better basketball game for the PC. Live really doesn't take into account things such as lateral movement, bounce passing, whether a guy has trouble going left or right, a player's first steps, wingspan, not to mention the team fundamentals of the players are weak. Nobody really runs hard in a three on one fastbreak, too many of the player's guys are caught up in covering their own assignment that they don't help out at the basket where the ballhandler is, passes are akward and often don't hit their target in a fluid way where the receiver doesn't have to stop first, collision physics are kind of weak where a poor defender can prevent a ballhandler from making it passed the halfcourt line, the NPC blocks and steals way too many shots at the default setting, guys suddenly warp right to the ballhandler even though the ballhandler has way more steps and more speed (even on turbo). I remember the NPC cheats a player out of easy dunks even when they've clearly beaten a guy by a mile or are using the rim to get in the way against a shotblocker. The Rebounding physics are especially shotty because even if a guy has inside position and leaps for the rebound, the rebounder behind him gets it or my rebounder suddenly misses the rebound in mid-air or ends up blocking it for some odd reason. It's especially annoying when switching players that it often switches to the wrong guy or to the right guy way too late to do anything about the NPC that's about to dunk on you. Foul calls are ridiculously lopsided. I've been mugged several times at the rim to have the lead taken away or guys suddenly warp right in front of me in no-call blocking fouls. Also, my teammates are idiots when it comes to fouling or biting on stupid pump fakes or jab steps. It's too much of a burden to play as five different players and switch to different characters way too late to react to the play happening. I also remember Shaq shot a game winning buzzer beater from the 3-point arc to beat me on hard level. F- that. The computer cheats so bad at times. Dunk going the other way means automatic. Breakaway dunk for me means my Jrich or Vince Carter will brick the dunk unexpectedly or suddenly Jon Barry will run right in front of me and catch up from 7 steps behind resulting in a charge. The pro-hop or spin moves get overly abused by the PC and the computer. It's just apparent the programmers don't know basketball at all. They just played too much NBA Jam.
Playing it on easy mode or messing with the sliders is unchallenging in certain areas and parts of the game can't be fixed with just sliders. It just sucks, but there's no other basketball game out there unless for console.
I fixed the sliders to the point that they are MUCHHHHHHHHHH more realistic and now the game is playable. However, there are a bunch of wacky mishaps in the game. 1. CPU offensive rebounding. Like stated above, even when I have rebouding position with Rasheed Wallace, THeo Ratliff AND Lebron James (fantasy rosters), somehow Chauncey Billups gets a rebound over all 3 of them. Actually, he doesn't even jump, the ball just lands to him, despite me having Rasheed jump after the ball. NBA 2k6 owns NBA Live in rebounding animations because Live sucks at it. 2. Transition defense. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Somehow, I shoot the ball, thhe CPU rebounds and passes it back and EVERYTIME it's a 3 on one, even if I put my guys in a defensive set that requires them to stay back more. What makes it even more...a guard like Damon Stoudamire will get the ball...and my guy (Brad Miller) will be at the rim and im pressing the damn jump button, but he just stands there and watches while Damon lays it in. Frustrating game, but atleast it got more tolerable I implemented more realistic sliders. You can get them from www.nbalive.com, but even THEY need tweaking. Make the in-air collison frequency 85, the reach ins lower, the fatigue effect at about 40, and the User offensive rebounding to 5-10, instead of the assigned 0. However, I should note that I don't play it for the PC. I gave that up after NBA Live 2004.
Meh, I only posted the pictures for Boston Celtics fans to check because the designs looked good. Let me put it this way EA Sports sucks period. They never use motion capture animation because they're lazy as hell. This is what makes the game so unrealistic in the way each player moves. Take a look at their FIFA series that's the worst one of all. Score a goal and the player takes off in a strange direction running faster than people can actually work. Yes the physics are horrible and the AI is complete BS on difficulty changes. Instead of making the AI opponent smarter they just give them more advantages by forcing you to miss more shots, which doesn't make any sense what-so-ever. Also I'm glad you pointed this out Custodian because it's true that whenever the computer has a fast break you could have three guys back and they would just wait for their man to come up the floor. They never help out, ever. You have to do everything otherwise you'll lose the game. The atmosphere is also bad, the game looks like complete crap with EA's plastic figure models for all their sports titles. Problem is, there really isn't a better NBA game out there by far. The NBA 2K series is alright, but it has poor physics as well. I stopped playing NBA games in 2004. The only thing I like is that modders took the 2006 version and turned it into the Euro League, now that's sweet. The problems still exist though, but what can you do?

Thanks for the replies, guys. Yeah, I gave up because it just wasn't good basketball simulation. I still laugh over how many times I threw my controller down because of a blocking foul or a simple 13 foot entry pass to the big man, turned into a skip pass, slow motion 45 foot heave to a teammate on the opposite baseline behind the three point arc. It was promptly intercepted where my guys got destroyed in transition as their opposing center dribbles the ball with 4 of my defenders walking behind him (yes "walking" rather than going turbo warp right in front of him to strip the ball away). After playing I just want to school some programmers who've never played basketball in their lives or dunked a ball. That game is all dunks, which is sad because you still need guys who can shoot, pass, dribble and work the post.
I don't like the full black ones but I like the dark green ones. Anyway 2K owns the Live series. Throw away your live copies and do the world some good.

i dont get what your talking about like someone give me like step by step on photoshop how to do these jerseys
Writing it out would take more than an hour. You can find tutorials by searching on Google.com and it takes years to master how to create the templates and texture them.
