Culpepper, Bryant McKinnie, Fred Smoot and Moe Williams were charged with indecent conduct, disorderly conduct and lewd or lascivious conduct, according to court papers. If convicted, each player faces up to a maximum of 90 days in jail and a $10,000 fine on each count. Who cares! We all know that there all going to get off with no jail time. $20,000 is a drop in the buckett for all of them and maybe community service.
