Camby & Tony Delk are some others I thought of.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Heat4Life:</div><div class="quote_post">I don't think most of those guys are underrated as much as a new generation of players have come in and are ready to take the NBA into the next half of the decade.

Guys like Shaq, Duncan, Garnett, Pierce, Kidd, Carter, Iverson, Kobe (the only exception), McGrady, etc... are all from the 90s-to-early 00s generation. In that time they were considered some of the best the NBA has seen. Now they're all taking a back seat to let the new generation of players shine. They're still great players but their names/styles/faces are growing repetitive and us as fans have turned our attention to the new crop of players.</div>

Kobe & AI haven't really taken a back seat, it's more of LeBron and Wade and a few others shining along with them.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting NTC187:</div><div class="quote_post">I think that was more due to him only playing 55 games.</div>

Ah, I didn't check how many games he played, thanks. He still does get underrated by a lot of people, though.

Elton Brand, he putting up double double almost his entire career but nobody put him at the "elite superstar" level. Shawn Marion is another good choice as well.

if your talking about players that are of any calibar then brand is defenitly the most under rated he is a superstar but doesnt get recognition. rashard lewis is also under rated he should be a allstar but was only one once, also you can say melo was never a allstar but anthony was a nba 3rd teamer

Elton Brand is a good choice... he's just not very marketable, neither are the Clippers, so he'll never get the attention he deserves.
