Team Captain?

As of now, our team captain is still Grant Hill. With Grant playing limited minutes and probably not starting because of his injuries, do you think we should name someone else the team captain? Hill's contract also comes off next year and we may even trade him before the deadline. Should we pass on the team captain position to someone else? If so, then who?

 

i say we still have grant as captain. but if we had to pick another one, i'd say dwight.

 

I doubt Grant will lose his Captain spot, the next two that should get it are Nelson or more likely Howard, but both are alittle young still, so Grant keeps it IMO.

 

We have to make it a veteran, so I'd say either Grant or Battie. They both have the best leadership on our ball club right now.

 

Turkoglu??? is another veteran

 

To be honest, I don't think Turkey Glue is a vocal enough of a guy to be a team captain, although he has really come on strong the latter part of last season.

He doesn't play much, when he does play he doesn't produce very much, and he is likely going to be traded sometime before the deadline this season. Also, the players don't really look up to Garrity and he isn't vocal like a leader should be.

I think we should draft TCU's newest recruit and name him captain. I hear he is pretty good.

 

I would nominate the turkey sandwich that we get in my proposed Pat Garrity trade as captain.
