The Nets open at home against Toronto on November 1st and will be spending both Thanksgiving and Christmas on the road. Their longest road trip is six games in March and they will play 10 of 11 at home during a stretch in December. They play back-to-backs 21 times and four games in five nights three times. New Jersey is getting more national-TV love this season being seen on TNT a record five times, ESPN five times, ABC once and NBA TV eight.</div>

Great! a little more exposure for the Nets! The sked will give the team an opportunity to get a good start.

Why do you guys think the Nets will lose both of their games in the first month to New Jersey? Last time I checked the Nets play pretty good against the Heat in the regular season. Playoffs is a different story, but regardless, they still play at a very high level when facing the Heat. I'd expect a split as of now, with both games being close. I wouldn't be surprised if the Nets took both, though it's unlikely, its realistic. Interesting to see that the Nets have 4 full days off after the first Heat game before facing the Jazz, which could mean we'll see the starters logging very heavy minutes.
