Bulls sign Thomas, Sefolosha

Thomas (6-9, 215, Louisiana State) was drafted fourth overall by Portland in NBA Draft 2006 before being acquired, along with two-year veteran Viktor Khryapa, by Chicago on Draft night for the Bulls? first round selection (second overall) of LaMarcus Aldridge. Last season as a redshirt-freshman at LSU, Thomas led the Tigers to the 2006 NCAA Final Four. He averaged 12.3 ppg, 9.2 rpg (second in SEC behind teammate Glen Davis) and an SEC-leading 3.09 bpg.</div>

Good to officially have them signed I’m guessing it’s a four year deal with a team option for the fifth season, as is often the case with first rounders.

 

Yeah, we finally signed them. Probably because Paxson wanted to see if he wanted to get anybody else during free agency, then sign them.

 

Finally it is official. I know they have guarranteed contracts, but it is good to see it official.

 

Tyrus Thomas is going to do some damage if he gets Playing Time
