I like the Motorola Razr and anything from LG. For a company it depends on your situation; if you're switching, or even a first timer. Personally I like Sprint best although T-Mobile has some decent plans too. Veriozon Wireless screwed me over a few years back and charged a false $560 on my bill when I was not even 3 minutes over the limit. I'm not the only one too, happens often from what I hear.
I currently have the Razor and I have nothing to complain. It's great phone with plenty of features. Btw, what do you have TMobile,Verizon etc?
I just recently got the Razr and it is awesome. I had a Motorola V400 before, no problems...it was just bulky. So I got the Razr. So far so good...good reception, nice features, huge screen and best of all...you can barely feel it in your pocket.
I also have the Razr v3. If you like the sleek look of it, then you should like it, because it can do basically everything any other phone can with bluetooth. It's not an mp3 player though, however, you can put music on it. The v3i has iTunes on it I believe. I know the cingular ones do. Not sure when the v3x is coming out, but it's the next version of the razr coming out. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motorola_RAZR_V3x
I have a Motorola V3x, it has served me well so far, its only 3 months old though. It depends on what you're looking for in a phone though, I got a V3x because it doubles as an MP3 Player and it has a good 2.0megapixel camera on it.
So everyone here is copping the Razr. I was thinking about getting me one too. If everyone here is happy with theirs, I might really get one.
This is a pretty nice phone. Available only online. Check it out. http://cache.vzw.com/chocolate/index.html I think its better than razor. This thing has expandable memory, games, music and video, a mp3 player, bluetooth, navigation system, and pictures and a video camera.. Its filled with every thing. If i were you.. I'd get this. Its new and $149.99
I just got a Razr as well (free after rebates ) and I like it alot. No complaints so far; battery lasts very long, it plays music, has good reception (though that may be because of the service, not the phone necessarily). I had an LG before and I really liked that phone too, it was very durable and the battery on it also ran very long.

I just got the Samsung t509 like a couple hours ago. Its pretty much the Razr without the flip (its a bar phone), and its thinner and lighter as well. Cheaper too since it doesn't have stupid capabilities like having international usage (mine only works in some countries). 59.99, good deal.

You can play music on the v3 if you have mobile phone tools, though it'll be under your ringtones. You can still listen to it with ur phone closed, its like your phone is a mp3 and a speaker. Just make sure you download a program like "mp3 to Gold ringtones", and it'll convert the mp3 into a ringtone file (not sure of the extension), shrinking the file for your phone. You can then transfer it using the program mobile phone tools, and the motorola usb.

They have some high quality products with nice designs to em'. Just ask them for the Motorola Razr USB.
