I thought that the suns were stingy? That is a lot of money, but barbosa is great, and will only get better. Plus, he has the potential to be an amazing defender
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting philip2136:</div><div class="quote_post">is he even worth that much?</div> I'd say yes. For 6.4 million you get one of the fastest players in the NBA now. He also is a pretty good defender as well from what I hear.

Good news... I like Barbosa much . Young player, very quick . And improves himself so much behind Nash . He is absolutely different player than Nash . He is a scorer PG not a playmaker . But if Nash gets old, I think Barbosa will be a pretty good player .
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting philip2136:</div><div class="quote_post">is he even worth that much?</div>Very much so. He's becoming a great score, he's ultra quick, and he's only going to get better on both ends of the court. And for now, he brings some added depth to that roster and is a great energizer off the bench.
I say defenitly good sign for suns. If the guy was starting and not behind MVP Nash, the guy could easily be allstar eventually key word, eventually
