Lol, you act as if you're the T'Wolves GM [IMG] Anyway I doubt the Wolves would bite on that anyway.

....Well technically you are but thats not what I mean.

Al Harrington isn't needed or WANTED for that matter at all. What does he bring that we don't have in another player? Lamar > Harrington

No way do we do this, no way. I want to win now, but I don't want to have to give up Bynum. If we must give up a big, how about throwing the expiring contract of Chris Mihm in there. However, if this does go down, that really shakes the lineup up. Would we bring Vlad or Al off the bench? Do we start Lamar at the point and go with a lineup of Al/Vlad/LO/Kobe/Kwame? What would we do? I think this really complicates things when it comes to a lineup, cause you know neither Vlad or Al would take the idea of coming off of the bench very lightly.

Yeah. I agree with Moo. This is Al Harrington we are talking about, not some star player. We are giving up a huge piece for our future, our starting point guard, and our first round pick. I think we are giving up way too much. Like I said, if we are going to trade away Bynum, might as well package him with someone else (Lamar?) and trade for a good big. Maybe Jermain Oneal? Kevin Garnett? Anyways, I'm not really feeling this trade. I just feel we are giving up way too much. And like I said, this is only Al Harrington. Some of you are making him out to be an all star player, which he is not.

Where would Kwame, Odom, and Vlad fit into all this? Vlad off the bench for Odom? Kwame playing PF? I'm thinking the starting lineup might look like this:

    PG Farmer
    SG Kobe
    SF Odom
    PF Harrington
    C Kwame

I DOUBT THIS WILL HAPPEN. ALSO, IS HARRINGTON A FREE AGENT?

Mihm, Smush, and Mckie for Harrington. Otherwise, dont pull the trigger! If you were going to include Bynum it should have been last year for a deal involving artest.. Gah...

We already promised Vladmir that he would be starting this season. Also, do you guys realize that Al Harrington isn't a true power forward? Nor is he a true small forward? We are still lacking an inside presence and a shot blocker, which Al Harrington does not give us. Plus, will there be enough minutes to be split between Lamar, Al, Vlad, and Luke Walton? The more I think about it, the more I hate this trade. If this goes down, I will be pissed

Yeah, well just think that since there's so little going on in the summer, it's most likely just speculation- I hear of at least 2 or 3 of these rumors around the Lakers every summer- some good, some (like this one) bad.

This really wouldn't affect Kwame or Odom. Odom IS the starting PF next season, no questions asked, and Kwame IS the starting center, no questions asked there either. The person that'd be effected would be Vlad. Also, while Al is an FA, we don't have the cap space to get him. The only way we're getting him is via a sign and trade.

This trade is good for us now. We could of used Vlad and Al against the Suns. They havent upgraded as much. The way I see it, we upgraded the most this offseason. I'm in favor of this trade going down.

I would not trade even Bynum alone for Al.It's just a stupid rumor.Even Buss/Mitch isn't stupid enought to do this trade.
