While noting Mikki Moore's inability to "outmuscle anyone", Rosen basically likes the acquistion: "If their running game is in gear, Moore enables them to execute a five-man fast break. Given the right matchups, Moore could be a plus." Moore was acquired from the Sonics for a second round draft choice in 2009.</div> Source
Mikki Moore averaged more turnovers than blocked shots during a 7 year career. .50 blocks and the guy is 7 feet tall. He can't score, rebound and makes Loren Woods look like a solid player. NJ plans on selling this team while Kidd and Carter are on board. The draft was a debacle and NJ will be the same bunch as last year. The team had its chances, it could have gone for Songaila and kept 250 lb Eric Williams instead of 210 lb. Mikki Moore. This would have give the second unit an inside outside game few have in their 6,7,8 players. Williams would have had more points and rebounds and kept more opposing PFs out of the paint by January than Moore will tally the whole year.

It was quite the contrary if you ask most people here and elsewhere. Eric Williams might have a body and everything, but it is evidence enough that he is not needed because not a single NBA signed the guy.
