I am thinking of putting money on Argentina to win it.

they have good odds and are a dangerous team.

 

Kirk hit a clutch 3 point to bring it to 91 - 86 with 2 minutes left.

 

Kirk another clutch 3.

95 - 91 with 36 seconds left.

 

kirk had a good game, just wasnt enough we needed a player like jj to step up, the free throws killed us and the pick and rolls

 

Makes my Argentina bet a lot better.

i thought at the end when I saw US scrambling to score...I thought to myself thats when a player like Kobe should be there...

 

Heck Wade shoulda done it, he did against Dallas in the Finals.

wow hop of kobe he wouldnt of made a diffrence they werent scrambling they actually played there best game in the final minutes

Disappointing that we lost. It seemed like LeBron, Wade, and Melo put so much hype that they could lead us to world championship this year and it didn't happen. Hopefully we bounce back and beat Argentina tomorrow. That's for 3rd place right?

I wonder how the Olympic teams going to look, I'm pretty sure other players will be added and some will be taken off. I liked the world championship team except we just needed that one dominant post player, or should have gotten it to the post more. Brand could have done that this year, maybe Howard in the future, because Howard got most of his points on feedouts and just dunked.

Howard just dominated inside in the first half against the greeks. What the hell was coach K thinking leaving him on the bench for most of the 2nd half anyway?

I didn't get a chance to watch the game, but I meant post play/moves, Howard usually got most of his points of feeds from guards or from offensive boards and just slamming it in.
