Clay Bennett told a news conference his group is putting together plans for a possible large-scale arena entertainment complex as a new home for the Sonics. The chairman of the Oklahoma City-based Professional Basketball Club LLC said he is developing a blueprint for a large entertainment complex. The site and plan should be completed by the end of the year.
