Ok i now that I am ending the registration ahead of time, but I had to, so I could get the game started earlier. We have 16 people, which is what we needed. I have randomly picked the people who go which round. The tournament is going to start on Aug. 10 at 12:00 P.M. (Central). Locke should be here at that time. When he comes here, he will edit this post and give you guys a topic to debate on. So as soon as you guys get your topic, just start your debate. The first 4 participants will have till Aug 12. 12:00 P.M. (Central) to complete their debate. Thats is 2 days (48 hours). As soon as the debate is over. We will have a poll deciding who won the tournament. The poll will run through Aug 13. 12:00 P.M. (Central). As soon as the time comes, the poll will be closed and people wont be allowed to vote after that. The 4 people partcipating will NOT be allowed to vote in the poll. If we catch you voting for yourself you will be <u>Disqualified</u> automatically so make sure you dont vote. The person from each group who wins, will move on to the Finals against the other 3 people who win. So we will have 4 people left. How do we decide who wins? Sniper brang up a bad move, (worst move I can think of) and the rest are debating on how each scenario would have panned out. Are we just going to have a poll with their names in it to see who wins?

The way I think this should be set up is the top 2 of each debate move on, and move on into the semifinals. Top 2 of each semifinal move on and face off in the final, where the winner will be crowned. Exact dates and times to be determined.

I have school starting and I will be quite busy, and I am sure others will be as well. I want this Debate Tournament to get done as fast as possible. So 1 person from each group will advance instead of 2.
i have much knowlege in Yao Ming and I am superior debater. i will allow my services in Rocket board for this debate.
Could one of the people like (Locke or AznXBaller) or someone tell me why I didn't do so good in my debate. Sure it was different than everybody else. But I also believed hadn't done so bad.
