Mine was when Allan Houston hit the game winning floater against Miami Heat in game 5(?) in the 1998-99 season. The other would have to be Nate Robinson's game winner rainbow shot over AI, that was one of the highlights of the past season. What was your's?
There are so many it's so hard to choose...Larry Johnson's four point play in '99 against the Pacers is a classic. And of course Allan Houston's floater earlier in the postseason is probably my favorite. I also loved watching his two fifty point games against Kobe in LA and the Bucks in New York. Watching Bernard King score fifty points back to back on tape is nice too although I wish I would have seen it when it happened. For this past season...I honestly dont know. This past season was just one long horrible blur to me. Anyway I think Isiah Thomas should be fired.
The shots during the '99 run were classic. Houston's Game 5 runner off the rim and kissing off the backboard was a classic. Of course LJ's 4-point play was a good one two. Houston's 53-point game on Kobe was good. That was the best scoring performance I've ever seen from a Knick (live, at least). Sprewell's 9 three-pointers on the Clippers was a good one. I also liked that triple-double from him on Patrick Ewing night. I'm still a young dude, so I'm not so familiar with the King days, though I do know he was the man. But that Game 7, 1970 Finals where Frazier took over was a good one. Love that game.
I remember that Houston floater...man, I was rooting for the Heat too. The consensus favourite will come the day Isiah is fired.
