There's nothing going on this off season, so I challenge everyone to assemble the best Sixers starting five as possible. You can only use players that have played in a Sixers uniform. Lets see what everyone comes up with.

PG: Allen Iverson, Mo Cheeks
SG: Andrew Toney, Vernon Maxwell
SF: Julius Erving, Bobby Jones
PF: Charles Barkely, Chris Webber
C: Wilt Chamberlain, Moses Malone

It seems like there's always one of these come offseason...

PG- Maurice Cheeks, Allen Iverson
SG- Hal Greer, Chet Walker, Andrew Toney
SF- Julius Erving, Billy Cunningham, Bobby Jones
PF- Charles Barkley, George McGinnis, Chris Webber
C- Wilt Chamberlain, Moses Malone, Dikembe Mutombo

Did anyone else know that Shawn Bradley holds the team's records for most blocks in a season? Also most fouls, but thats not surprising...

Moses has accomplished so much more than Barkley did in his NBA career. Don't believe me?

<ul>Named All-NBA First Team four times (1979, 1982, 1983, 1985)
<ul>Named All-NBA Second Team four times (1980, 1981, 1984, 1987)
<ul>Named NBA All-Defensive First Team (1983)
<ul>Named NBA All-Defensive Second Team (1979)
<ul>Named NBA Finals MVP (1983)
<ul>Holds single-game record for most offensive rebounds in playoffs with 15 on April 21, 1977 vs. Washington
<ul>Made more free throws in NBA history than any other player in NBA history with 8,531
Not only that, but Moses was the first player EVER to jump from High School to the league. Not only that, but he led one of the most dominate playoff runs in NBA history, on what was probably the best team the NBA has ever seen. Did I mention he never fouled out of a game?

Most of all, Moses has a ring and Barkley doesn't...

Moses did. I'm 98% sure of reading it. Either that or he went some ridiculous amount of games (in the thousands) without fouling out...

Im not slow dude.. I know who he is. I just never knew what position he played.. Im no 40 years old. I am a 14 year old who came to U.S. 6 years ago. How the heck would I know what position Barkley played?? As far as I know, he play SF or SG. But I guess he was like Battier. Played 4 also..

Barkley never played shooting guard, hardly ever played SF either. He was strictly on the inside, but as his career developed he had a better mid range shot too.

First time I've met someone who thought Barkley played SG. What's next, Michael Jordan played center?

You seem to still think Barkley was a SG/SF which he was not.
