How do you think this year is gonna go for the twolves. Player production, awards if any, games won, trades (kg). What do you guys think.
Kevin Garnett: 20 PPG, 11 RPG, 5 APG Mike James: 18 PPG, 3 RPG, 5 APG Randy Foye: 10 PPG 2 RPG, 3 APG 40 wins, 2nd in the Northwest division, 9th seed. Number of times Kevin Garnett punches a teammate in the face: 4

Number of times Kevin Garnett punches a teammate in the face: 4</div> lol, i think kg and foye will score a little more than that, but not much. I can see foye getting close to 15 since mccants is out. And KG can get 22 at least. Numbers of times Kevin Garnett punches a teammate in the face: 17
I think KG will have another MVP caliber season. randy foye will win ROY. we place 8th in west and get swept in first round. number of times KG punches teammate in the face:22 i like to predict for the better.
kg: 23.3 ppg, 12 rpg, 1.2 bpg mike james: 18 ppg, 7.2 apg ricky: 19 ppg, 4 apg foye: 13 ppg 42% fg...(ROY)
KG 24.6 13 rebounds 1.5 blocks Davis 17 ppg 3apg Mike James 14 ppg 6.8 assists Randy Foye 18 ppg 3.4 assists ROY 7th place gets out in secound round of playoffs.
Kevin Garnett: 24.2 PPG, 11.3 RPG, 5.7 APG Mike James: 17.4 PPG, 2.2 RPG, 6.7 APG Randy Foye: 14.6 PPG 3.5 RPG, 4.2 APG (ROY) I honestly feel like this team has all the piece sin place to at least make it to the second round of the playoffs (depending no first round matchup) they have four capable scorers (KG, Foye, James, and Davis) and also have solid role players such as Hassell, Mccants (when healthy), Troy Hudson, etc. They will surprise plenty of people this season.
<font color=""navy"">Kevin Garnett: </font> 22-23 PPG, 13.1 RPG, 5.1 APG, 1.5 BPG, 51.9% FG, 39 MPG <font color=""navy"">Mike James: </font> 18.5 PPG, 3.0 RPG, 5.5 APG, 2.7 TPG, 47.1% FG, 44.5% 3PT, 37 MPG <font color=""navy"">Ricky Davis:</font> 16.7 PPG, 4.4 RPG, 3.4 APG, 2.4 TPG, 46.1% FG, 34.1% 3PT, 34.5 MPG (I believe Ricky is a lot better when he's a third option in terms of efficiency). <font color=""Navy"">Randy Foye:</font> 12.1 PPG, 2.8 RPG, 3.3 APG, 42% FG, 35-36% 3PT, 1.9 TPG, 29 MPG Wins during the season? Ranging from 44-50 wins, depending on who else the team get's, injuries, how the coach works their system, and how the players mesh together.
I dont see 50 wins out of the question at all, yet people refuse to favor us to win the division or even make the playoffs?
Well you guys have missed the playoffs 2 years in a row, it's not like people have no reason to do so, whether the team has improved or not.
I pretty much agree with og15's statline in terms of the production, disagree with the wins though. I'm thinking somewhere between 42-45 and first round exit.

I definitely don't see 50 wins for this team.
^^Why not, when you look at the teams ranked ahead of us, we look just as good on paper, maybe better. We had no time to build any chemistry last year with a new coach, and the wally trade. Ricky D, Mike James, and KG could form a potent combo. Now, there is no garuntee that these guys are gonna mesh, but their attitudes say that they will. KG and James both have a huge desire to win, and ricky d i think will take the back seat in shots a lot more this year as well.

Last I checked all he wanted was a big payday. Mike James has never won anywhere before, and I don't see how he will be able to take the Timberwolves over the top. Same with Ricky Davis. The guy puts up great stats, but he, just like Mike James, has never won anywhere.
All i've read anywhere is that Mike James has a HUGE passion for the game, where was he suposed to win? Detroit, o wait he did win there. Houston wasnt bad with him either. As for ricky d, he has been a great role player for celtics, and hadnt had a chance to play with kg enough to gain any chemistry.
No way does james average 18 a game anyway...much less 7.5 assists. KG will play great but they will have another dissapointing season

But, I don't see anywhere in this thread where someone said he'd getting 7.5 assists.
^^^^ yeah he is a scoring PG first an a assist man secound i think they will do better than people expect as long as they have the chemistry if thet don't they could turn into NY but i think thats unlikely with KG here
