i agree with chutney- swirsky is a mlse tool and delusional one at that. to that end, he's ultra- conservative, in the mold of pat robertson and george bush.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Chutney:</div><div class="quote_post">I still think Eric Smith and Jack Armstrong are the best colour commentary in Toronto.</div> Couldn't agree more. Eric can do play-by-play and is a pretty good analyst, where as Chuck is just a good play-by-play guy. Eric also seems like a funny guy whereas Chuck is just funny when he's not trying to be funny (ie. he'll say something so stupid and homerish that you just have to laugh). I appreciate Chuck's enthusiasm and passion but it's true, when he tries to analyze basketball-related issues, he exposes how very little he knows about the sport. Most of all though, I just can't stand his homerism. I don't think I can take another year of him bashing other players while jock-riding chris bosh, making fun of another team's play when the Raps are playing equally bad, and my personal favourite, busting out the salami and cheese before an opposing player drops 81pts on us.....
