<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">It's hard to imagine a Canadian sports writer saying anything nice about a team with Vince Carter on the roster, but TSN's Tim Chisholm leaves no insult unused in his preseason evaluation of the Nets, the first this year. Chisholm calls Carter "soft" and Nenad Krstic "a fraud". Jason Collins "has not improved one lick since coming into the league" and Marcus Williams is overrated. Bottom line: "No team that is three men deep is going anywhere in the playoffs, no matter how good those three men are."</div>

Time will tell if this man speaks the truth or if he's a complete idiot.

Just noticed this. Since when do they abuse the Nets? And why is it they don't beat us every game since we have such an awful frontcourt? I have a lot of respect for Dwight and Bosh but neither of them are a threat to the Nets at least yet. This guy is just bitter that the Nets own the weak Atlantic Division <u>every</u> season.

Oh really? Wasn't he averaging 22 ppg when Kidd was injured back in 2004. I guess that was just plain luck.

Wasn't he PHX's best sixth man? Didn't he get a lot votes for sixth man of the year or, am I just missing something?

This guy just a hater, but I don't mind him feeling stupid when the Nets play this season.

I like how he said "No matter how good those three men are", but at the same time said Vince was soft....contradictory already.

I think he was saying the depth behind J Kidd, Carter, and RJ is pretty weak.

Behind Duncan, Ginobli, and Parker. There was Bruce Bowen, Nazr Mohammed, Robert Horry, Nick Van Excel, Brent Barry, Nesterovic, and Michael Finley.

Behind the nets 3, There is Krystic, Cliffy, and Collins, if you want you can add house. The rookies might add some depth.
