Most of the scenes in Harold & Kumar Go To Whitecastle made me laugh. I don't know about funniest scenes, but movies like Meet The Parents would be somewhere on my list.
Super Troopers is such a funny movie. The scene where Farva orders from the fast food restaurant has to be my favorite. Also, the scene where they give that guy the huge cotton candy. Hilarious. Dirty Work is also one of my favorite movies. Norm McDonald is hilarious, his notes to self make me crack up every time. Other scenes are the Dumb and Dumber Big Gulps little scene, really that entire movie... same with Harold and Kumar. And All About the Benjamins. There's way too many funny movies out there for me to name.
Ah I think the original Dumber & Dumber has to be one of my favorite comedies of all-time. That was purely a classic film with hundreds of funny moments. Even the smallest parts are hilarious. For instance the note they leave for the two criminals that refers to the guy as the "Gas Man." "How'd they know I have gas?"
The scene in Old School when Will Ferrell takes the tranquilizer to the jugular. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Peppers: Hey, hey. Careful with that. That's the most powerful tranq gun on the market. Got her in Mexico. Frank: Cool. Peppers: Yeah, it is cool. They say it can puncture the skin of a rhino from... Frank: [Frank shoots himself in the neck with the dart] Peppers: YES! That's awesome! Frank: What? Peppers: You just took one in the jugular, man. Frank: What? I did. [feeling his neck] Peppers: YES! Frank: Oh my god. Is this bad? Is this bad? Peppers: You better pull that **** out man. That **** is not cool. Frank: Wait. What? Pull what out? Peppers: You got a fucking dart in your neck man. Frank: [laughing] You're... you're crazy man. I like you, but you're crazy. </div>
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting TwinTowers:</div><div class="quote_post">Orange County- When the college burns down and the fire fighter is questioning Jack Black</div> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=870M0NVLDq0 Awesome scene.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Shard:</div><div class="quote_post">Super Troopers is such a funny movie. I don't remember the exact words of the scene...but yes, the whole restaurant scene is funny.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Shard:</div><div class="quote_post">Other scenes are the Dumb and Dumber Big Gulps little scene,</div> "Hey guys... Big gulps eh.... well, see ya!" Seems like such an unfunny line on paper, but it's one of my all-time favourite scenes. I'm surprised no one mentioned Office Space yet. Like these scenes: "Why should I change my name? He's the one who sucks" - Michael Bolton "I have people skills!" - that chubby dude when being asked what he does for the company or the beginning scene where Michael Bolton was rapping in his car.
I have to say that the movies I've laughed the hardest at, all time, are Super Troopers, Beavis and Butthead Do America (I dunno, for some reason that **** is hilarious), and the Big Lebowski, so I've got a three-way tie for the top spot. Super Troopers - The scene when one of the guys is doing the bear-lover costume, while simultaneously Farva is getting plastered and losing his stuff, and a bunch of other shenanigans (he he) are going on. And the opening scene is awesome, too. Beavis and Butthead - Towards the end of the movie, when Beavis gets all messed up on caffine pills and just starts freaking out on everybody and he gets all the foreign dignitaries to start talking like him. Big Lebowski - Two best scenes: when the Dude is driving home from "the doctor" smoking a J and drinking a brew, and he tries flicking the J out the window, only the window is closed, it falls back in his lap, he freaks out and attempts to put it out with his beer, only to narrowly avoid a head-on collision, ending up hitting a garbage dumpster SO hard. With CCR's classic strumming in the background. And, when Walter and the Dude are about to scatter Donny's ashes, and Walter goes on about Vietnam again and dumps the ashes into a gale force wind straight into the Dude's goatee. I thought the best part of Office Space was when they stole the printer and got gangsta on it. Michael Bolton leaping back and beating the sharp-ass plastic with his bare fists, priceless

Another of my favorite scenes from TBL is when he writes a check for like 58 cents or something like that. In Office Space my favorite scene is when they're installing the virus thing and everything is in slow-mo and the fat woman who always comments on Micahel Bolton's name comes up to him and the look he gives her is absolutely hilarious.
Super troopers, Team America WP and beer fest are two of the funniest movies ever. Kung Pow enter the fist also had some really funny parts.

Me Myself and Irene has some hilarious parts as well. There are so many scenes in that movie that made me laugh out loud. Basically, any movie Jim Carey is in has atleast 2 scenes that make you laugh your ass off. In Fun With Dick and Jane, when they're robbing that fat guy at his house and they're wearing those black suits w/ the masks. Jim Carey starts making all those weird noises at him. That was hella funny.
Anchorman- Will Farrel: "San Diago....which of course in German means a whales vagina" I really liked Half Baked. Dave Chappelle is always funny to watch. Jim Carry is definitely a comic genius. And Dodgeball is one of my favorites- Ben Stiller: "No one makes me bleed my own blood." hahahahaha.
<div class="quote_poster">Chutney Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">I always found Bob Saget hilarious in Dumb and Dumberer. "There's sh*t EVERYWHERE!"</div> Bob Saget in Half Baked was even better. "You call that an addiction?! I used to suck d*ck for coke!" Classic. And this is when all anybody knew him from was Full House.
