[quote name='TheBlackMamba'] Kobe's been muscle the year Shaq was traded, then decided to take some off to allow him to be more mobile and explosive on the perimeter?
Yeah. I know he put on a lot of muscle. But it slowed him down on the perimeter. So he did a rigorous speed, running workout over one summer. This summer, he couldn't run/jump (his knee), so he hit the weights hard.

They have so much money that they can eat whatever they want, whenever they want. They got trainers and nutritionists telling them eat this, eat that. Train this, train that. Basically they have all the hard work done for them, in my opinion. I don't want anyone telling me different, I know how it goes down. These guys get paid to eat, train, and sleep. It does however take a lot of discipline and dedication.
