I've heard the comparison between the two a good deal i wasn't that familliar with robinson's career but when i compared the stats from their first 3 seasons they have really close numbers. Rookie years: Carmelo: 21ppg 6 rpg 2.7 apg Gllen: 21 ppg 6 rpg 2.4 apg second season: Carmelo: 20 ppg 5.6 rpg 2.5 apg Glen: 20 ppg 6 rpg 3.5 apg Third season Carmelo: 26 ppg 4.9 rpg 2.7 apg Glen : 23 ppg 5.4 rpg 2.8 apg. Careers: Carmelo: 22 ppg 5.5 rpg 2.6 apg 1spg Glen : 20 ppg 6 rpg 2.7 apg 1.1 spg Is there a real simmilarity betwen the two besides numbers though?

Wow, I never thought of this comparision but I agree that Carmelo is way more athletic than glen was. And correct me if I'm wrong but glen was never really a franchise player was he like the go-to-guy on his team?? I'm not sure but if he wasn't then that's another difference between them!!
Yeah well Glenn ended his career not doing much. Carmelo has a better future and is definitely better athletic. Good comparison as far as numbers go.
