Which songs can you not help but like, even though you really shouldn't? For me, gulp, I'd have to say "Tiny Dancer" by Elton John (go watch the movie "Almost Famous" and tell me you don't sorta want to sing along... ), and also "Fiesta" by Jay-Z and a bunch of other people, LOL.

I was kid that grew up (age 8-12) when pop was really famous (97-2001 or so) so I guess I'm guilty for knowin most of the pop songs from that era. Infact, some of them are extremely catchy I'll say....I honestly don't care anymore about musical categorization as long as the music appeals to me and regardless of if they wrote thier own songs or not, those songs were still defining peices from my growing up days (defining in terms of music from when I was 8-12). But yeah, whatever...as a kid, all the boys supposedly hated those Backstreet, NSync and 98 degrees songs but in all honestly, there was a sh*t load of guys that used to sing along to them. Nowadays, people start singing Backstreet boys songs and sayin they used to love the stuff as a kid, ironically. By the way, Nsync owns the Backstreetboys *thread viewers get nervous* Just playin around. Anyways, I'd take the pop mainstream scene from then over today's anyday. In fact, since today's mainstream is mostly pop-hop, I would like to say that I would enjoy listening to a record of a pop group from the late 90's then listen to the watered down rap garbage that they have playin now (although you may think pop in itself is watered down, I still find it more enjoyable to listen to then something like...The Whisper Song. Jesus Christ I hate that song). I see no difference except that one group would be singing (definition of "singing" may vary from person to person) over a beat while the other artist either screams or raps over a beat. Edit: Also add that I think Justin Timberlake's solo sh*t is nice as hell. I've only heard his first album but I thought it was great. None of the songs were pop...in fact it was all R&B songs. I don't know why I'm even mentioning this in here cause that's an album I would never feel guilty about. Justified was an enjoyable album.
Destiny Childs from thier old school days. Damn those ladies are bootylicious (well, only two of them). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VUEkPGn_M2E (Except this one)

London Bridge for now Also, most boy bands stuff... like beyond Backstreet Boys and N'Sync. I like Westlife, 98 Degrees, BB Mak, all that stuff. I don't listen to it all the time but it doesn't bother me at all.
I'm Fergie Ferg and me love you long time! As long as she ain't pissin her pants, she can love me long time.
