A lot of people are going to talk about age. But my question to all the experts is, `Show me a young, energetic team that has won a championship, especially in the last six years.' We have the most experience. We know how to pace ourselves.''

O'Neal admitted after The Finals, his father remarked, ''You just won. Why are you down?'' O'Neal said, ''Because I didn't really do [anything] in the Finals.'' To which his dad responded: ``This was your best [bleeping] Finals and the guys won it for you.''</div>

Definitely the right approach. Another overhaul for the 3rd straight year would be a disaster, especially considering that they won a 'ship last year. Next year, however, we'll need to make tweeks with Payton being gone, and Shaq aging more. We'll cross that bridge when we get there though.
