(Centre) Andrew Bynum 7-0 Chris Mihm 7-0 Kwame Brown 6-11 (Forwards) Ronny Turiaf 6-10 Lamar Odom 6-10 Vladimir Radmanovic F 6-10 Brian Cook 6-9 Luke Walton 6-8 (Guards) Devin Green 6-7 Kobe Bryant 6-6 Maurice Evans 6-5 Aaron McKie 6-5 Smush Parker 6-4 Sasha Vujacic 6-7 Von Wafer 6-5 Jordan Farmar 6-2 (rookie) Shammond Williams 6-1 This is the Roster as I know. I think the line up will be something like this: C - Kwame Brown PF - Lamar Odom SF - Vladamir Radmanovic SG - Kobe Bryant PG - Smush Parker I'd like to see Kwame at the Centre position as a starter and then Mihm coming in and playing some good amount of minutes also. I was also not sure about the PG spot, if Farmar can deal with it yeah would like to see him get a lot of minutes but I thought Smush did the business last year so he knows the system (triangle) better maybe it would be better for him to start. And I'm hoping Shammond Williams will come in and provide some big scoring nights off the bench. Will Maurice Evans start over Radmanovic because he is a much better defender and all the offense LA need can come from Kobe? And are LA getting rid of McKie?
uhhhhhh u dummy...I knew this would happen Man I am ENGLISH that is how it is spelt here. Where did the language of Americans or whatever you speak come from (I see that you're Swedish)... ENGLAND if anything I have the correct spelling! And do you see Smush losing the starting job during the season?
PJax might opt for Luke Walton to start the season at small forward, with Radman coming off the bench. Luke has more experience and can run the offense since Odom will be on the low block this season. Starting Luke buys Radman more time to learn the system and gives the Lakers a capable scorer coming off the bench. Smush Parker will have plenty of competition this year at PG. The coaching staff has plenty of options to go with, Shammond, Sasha, Jordan, and Mckie (if he's still on the team.)

I think we have so many potential starters for our team: Jordan Farmar Smush Parker Kobe Bryant Luke Walton Lamar Odom Vladamir Radmanovic Kwame Brown Chris Mihm I don't really want to see Lamar playing the four but I suppose we will have to do with it as we have Radman. I think we should start like this: PG - Smush Parker(I would love Jordan Farmar to start though) SG - Kobe Bryant SF - Lamar Odom PF - Kwame Brown C - Chris Mihm I would also like to see Radman, Farmar and Walton to see 20 minutes a game with regular rotations.
I think this topic is a no brainer. This is who I see starting at the end of the season. PG - Smush SG - Kobe SF - Vlade PF - Odom C - Kwame

Since Phil doesn't like rookies, is it possible that Smush will start all season (even if he plays sub-par)?

PJax is going to reward the starting job to the player who earns it.
I'm excited about seeing how much could Radman produce. Also, considering there are 3 healthy centers this year around (Brown, Mihm, Bynum)...will Bynum get any minutes? It seems as if Bynum is going to be on the bench alot this season. I'm assuming the depth chart for center would look something like this: 1) Kwame Brown 2) Chris Mihm 3) Andrew Bynum How will Bynum ever see any minutes when he's 3rd option?

He showed a wide range of skills in the SPL. From what I've seen, he is a heady point guard within the triangle offense. He did a great job changing speeds within the offense on cuts and curls, driving to the lane with a quick first step and crossover, and played very well throughout the Summer Pro League. Depending on how Smush Parker has improved over the offseason, I see Farmar averaging 8-12 mpg.
This is my starting line up... C-Kwame Subs: C-Mihm/Bynum PF-Odom PG-Cook/Vlad SF-Luke SF-Vlad/Turiaf SG-Kobe SG-Green/Williams PG-Smush PG-Farmar/Evams I do think the SF and PG positions are questionable. BUt I'm sure the way LUke performed in the playoffs he will get the starting role. If Smush doesnt win the starting line up in training camp, the position is up in the air. Wow! We are so deep in the bench...I'm staring to believe that will be in the WCF this season.
Pablo23, there's no way Turiaf plays SF for the Lakers next season. Radman, Walton, Odom and Green will be play the minutes at SF, and we might see Kobe playing the 3 when the Lakers go small. You're the second person to list a roster that doesn't include Sasha. What do you guys know that I don't ?

By the way as a moderator, you of all people should realise this. It's the same as me coming on here and saying American's are fat, super-sizing, rednecks or something else nationality related. It shouldn't be tolerated. I have been here since Dec 2004 and I have yet to say something about somebodies nationality. I can't believe you(especially as a moderator) call something like that a "joke." Everyone is on edge, it's been a long offseason and not much news on the Lakers. However, the season is about to start, there's no need for hostility ... let's save that for the Raja Bell's of the NBA. If you have a personal issue or were offended the mature way to handle it is via PMs.
