how are they a sleeper if they are finishing 10th. Thats not sayin alot when you have the bobcats, hawks, knicks, and the bucks behind in the same conference
key word "COULD" be a sleeper. meaning he sees them finnishing 10th, but he's not ruling out the possibility of them being a sleeper team and finnishing better

Kerr sees Raptors finishing tenth but they <u>COULD</u> be a sleeper making it to playoffs. He's not saying 10 is a sleeper he's saying thats what he projects them to be but they have a chance of being a surprise team in playoffs.
The way things are the raps are still likely a season away from the playoffs, but they will improve from last season.
