I would love to see Sura back healthy. But there is some talent at guard to cover him. I would love an update on him. Who said keep Bowen? The other three guys all bring something different. Shooter, scorer, big. I definitly start Wells and let Shane and J.Howard at PF be the spot to make a decision. If you don't start him, there will be a log jam at 2 guard barring any trade. Shane the team player won't have as much to lose as Bonzi in that role.

I would love an update on him.</div> Local beat writer for the Rockets, Jonathon Feigen, was on the radio yesterday afternoon discussing the Bonzi acquisition and he was asked about Sura. His response was that he felt there was a 60-70% chance that Sura would "see the court again" but by no means said he would be his former self. He cited how other players that have had similar surgery usually get discouraged because things do not look good during their recovery, but that things actually turn out looking surprisingly good if they stick with their rehab as they're supposed to. I guess we will find out something by next week anyway, right?

Sura needs to retire. I know he brings heart (yaddi yaddi whoopti whoo) but it's been going a year and if he ain't healed already then he's only going to hurt the team. Spanoulis reminds me of a young Sura anyway.
Sura will be back, but don't think he will be back as good as he was before, he will be good, but not as good.
As of now, I really don't think we need Sura..But I wouldn't mind him being an assistant coach ala Charlie Ward I'm really really happy about this deal and I just can't wait for the season to start! Although I'm keeping the words 'championship contender' in my mouth till I actually see our guys playing together. I had such high hopes last season and this time I've learned not to expect too much. Although I must say we are definitely playoff contenders.
aren't we way too crowded at the point and the two position? It seems like we have more than half of the roster in those two positions. I think we really need something going to get a decent post player
