Therefore, it suggests that we were going to keep Odom and Kobe.
You should also consider that the Clippers, at one point, had the greatest chances of getting Artest. If Maggette had not been injured Artest would have most likely been in a Clippers jersey. I doubt it was only the Lakers who lured Artest out to LA. The Clippers were supposed to sign the deal.
