No leadership = Playoff Death. The Colts have zero leadership on the field.

I disagree. Peyton Manning just stepped up and converted a 4th and 2. Peyton is a good leader. The Colts just don't seem to be ready, as a team, for the Steelers.

    Welcome to the forums.

I just feel if you can't lead the team when it counts then your not a good leader. When the pressure is on he can't perform. Look what went on at the end of the game.

That's just sad man. The Steelers won despite so many non-calls and that WAS definitely an INT.

For all of you doubters, the line forms in the new thread for apologies....

Good thing your opinion has no bearing on the outcome of the game. And that you being wrong shall comfort me for the rest of the playoffs.... [IMG]

First off Peyton Manning is a great leader. He played a great game. It's not his fault his kicker can't convert a 46 yard field goal.

SF we all doubted you on this forum.. Your hunch ended up being the right hunch I guess.. Congrats to Pitt for winning the best playoff game thus far.

There was really no hunch here. It's football, X's and O's. The Steelers have been the to the playoffs 10 out of the last 14 seasons. How can you overlook this team and act as though they don't deserve to share the field with the Colts?

Congrats to a great season to the Colts, but it's our time now. Watch out Denver. The "Pittsburgh Steelers" are comin' to town.

Your joking right? Manning is a great leader? I totally disagree with you.

the steelers were robbed an INT but came out on top...Peyton is a great leader...

in my opinion they were out coached the whole game through...every time Peyton seemed to have rthym there was a blitz for a sack or he got leveled...Porter seems like a genius now saying that Indy was soft...he and polamalu just raveged that Colts line...

Look at the history of the Colts with Peyton as QB. He has what I call "happy feet" during high pressure games. Watch some clips of him in the pocket during the game and you'll agree with me. And it just seems to me that he is not well liked on the team. Hey maybe I'm wrong.

One more thing. Ever notice that Peyton never talks to anyone on the sidelines. No coaches, players (well maybe a receiver to yell at him).

So calling your own plays at the line isn't any sort of leadership quality???

You can't blame just Manning.. The defense played bad and most importantly the Steelers played very good.. I'm not the biggest Peyton Manning fan but he's the leader of the Colts. If the Colts lack a leader because they lost then what about the 28 other teams..

Oh man, I don't believe it...THE COLTS LOST!!!! You got to be kidding me! Wow, Tony Dungy must be the worst coach of the year in NFL history the Colts front office is going to fire him and a few other unknowns probobly.

Maybe your right Porky. I am a Colts fan and live in Indiana. Its just depressing to me that the Colts always seem to play so bad during the playoffs.

The Steelers were great I agree I'm just saying that was the most unacceptable loss of the year.

Yeah, quarterbacks are the only reason why teams win and lose. It couldn't possible have anything to do with any of the other members of the team. In fact, why do they even bother to play an NFL season? We should just give the Lombardi trophy to the winner of the Quarterback Challange.
