ESPN is saying that the texans told Pete Carroll that the Texans will take Reggie Bush. I dont see how they can say this when Kubiak hasnt even been on the job yet. He might wanna trade back and pick a different player

Kubiak has no say (or very little say) in who the Texans draft. Their GM is the one who will pull the trigger on draft day, with or without Kubiak's consent.

Well apparently one thing Kubiak did say during his interview is that he wants Reggie Bush.. Now I understand it's not Kubiak's decision when it comes down to that time but why hire him when he said he wants Bush.. You hire him and turn your back.. Bush is the better pick and is going to be the pick. Houston fans are in love with Vince Young and will try to find stories to make it seem like Young is still in the running until April 29th...

If Houston was in New Orleans position and looking for a QB then it would be a different story but right now Bush looks like he'll be the pick and I'm pretty confident that he'll be the guy. Carr can still be a quality QB in the NFL.

But Carr is still gonna lead the league in sacks if they dont do anything about it. Bush will face 8 man fronts because without a line they cant throw deep

See bringing in rookie lineman isn't going to make the line any better than it is. If they take Bush which I believe they will, they'll be able to take another tackle or guard in round 2. Max Jean-Giles of Georgia could be there. Daryn Colledge of Boise State could be there. Andrew Whitworth, David Joseph, and Jermy Trueblood are all quality 2nd to 3rd round guys who could be potential starters in this leagus.

Main thing is to find at least one or two good lineman through free agency and find one or two or even more through the draft to add youth and depth to the line. They might not excel right away but in time would be a major upgrade to what they have now.

They CANNOT pass on him and regardless of Kubiak's opinions, they will get Bush. I think that goes without saying

Well the better hit the free agency hard looking for a offensive lineman, because they will have the same problems next year without a solid offensive line
