Luke Jackson can play. Hes been riddled with injurys pretty much from the get go, very unlucky guy. He has the potential to be a very solid bench player. I couldn't see him starting on a championship calibre team though. With Green, Pierce, Gomes, Wally S, T Allan all after swing position PT i doubt Jackson will ever see the court. On the other hand I think Jones has achance to squeeze a minute or two if hesn ot in teh D-League, which would be alot more then he coulf of hoped for in Boston. Overall nothing Trade, Which i dont think Cavs should of done. I sincerely hope Jackson becomes solid role player.
Mannnnnn. The NBA has lacked good trades lately (forget draft night and the Blazers). Especially when you think about all the trades that went down last off-season. I can't believe this is acctually a thread. I guess that, with almost every NBA team getting stronger, GMs don't want to trade with eachother in fear that it would send the other team over the edge. Best I could come up with. That or many teams just want to see how things play out during the season and figure out what they really need.
Don't forget to factor in that Superstars aren't demanding trades. Ben Wallace leaving was pretty big move? Larry Brown got the clip? Hopefully the trade deadline spices things up.
Was a pretty quiet offseason minus Big Ben heading to Chicago. As for Luke Jackson, he has had his injuries, maybe he can show something in Boston.
