The Magic won the game 100-85 as Pat Garrity scored 19 points to lead all scorers and Dwight Howard added 17 for the Magic who are now 2-0 in pre-season play. The Magic were 7 players short and none of those, with the exception of maybe Tony Battie and Carlos Arroyo are expected to play tonight when the Magic take on the Spurs. Kasib Powell is worth mentioning as he is averaging 13 points and 7.5 rebounds in pre-season play this year, and if he keeps this up he will no doubtedly have a roster spot on a team this year. Travis Diener also had a good showing putting up 14 points and 9 assists in 36 minutes. SAN ANTONIO SPURS (2-0): The Spurs are coming off of a victory against Maccabi Tel Aviv 97-84. The Spurs should be plenty rested and ready to go as they last played last sunday. All-star point guard, Tony Parker, is having one hell of a pre-season leading the team in scoring in both games they've played so far by scoring 26.5 points per game.
